Village Yoga's 200-hour power vinyasa yoga teacher training in Jupiter, FL is where that next step happens. This is not a weekend certificate mill. It's a real training, in a real community, led by a teacher who has built a life in this practice and wants to hand you the tools to do the same.

You'll leave knowing how to move, how to sequence, how to hold a room, and how to teach yoga that actually changes people. Whether you ever step onto a teaching mat or not, you'll never see your practice the same way again.

Get started

I'm Chelsea, founder of Village Yoga and lead trainer for our 200-hour power vinyasa program. I'm an E-RYT 500 with over 2,000 hours of teaching, and I built this training the same way I built the studio: strong, honest, and rooted in real connection.

My path didn't stop at 200 hours. I trained with David Kiel, completed my 300-hour with Dr. Liz Lindh, and added a 20-hour yin training to sharpen the quieter side of the practice. I keep studying because I expect my trainees to, and I won't teach you anything I haven't lived myself.

I teach a strong power vinyasa flow. Breath, movement, and connection are the whole point for me, not decoration. My signature class, Stop Drop Flow, is where all of that comes together.

Teacher training, to me, isn't about stamping out more instructors. It's about helping you find your voice, trust your body, and teach yoga that actually means something. Whether you go on to lead your own classes or just want to understand your practice on a deeper level, I'll meet you there.

I can't wait to meet you!

what you'll learn

Our 200-hour power vinyasa curriculum is hands-on, thorough, and rooted in real teaching.

You'll study:

-Power vinyasa foundations. The building blocks of a strong, breath-led flow, from sun salutations to peak poses, and how to teach them safely to every kind of body.

-Sequencing and class design. How to build a class that flows, breathes, and takes students somewhere. This is the skill that separates a good teacher from a forgettable one.

-Functional anatomy. How the body actually moves, so you can teach with confidence and keep your students safe.

-Cueing and the art of teaching. Finding your voice, reading the room, and learning to guide instead of perform.

-Hands-on assists and adjustments. Safe, consent-based touch that deepens the practice and builds trust.

-Yoga philosophy and history. The roots of this practice.

-Breathwork and meditation. How to teach pranayama and stillness, the parts of yoga that go far beyond the physical.

-The business of yoga. How to actually build a life from teaching, from getting hired to building your own following. Most trainings skip this. We don't.

There are a lot of ways to get a yoga certificate. At village yoga, we're different and we take pride in that.

Small groups, real mentorship. You get eyes on you, feedback that's actually about you, and a mentor who knows your name and your practice.

A community that stays. The people you train with become your people.

real teaching experience. this training is hands on and you are immersed in the practice of teaching for six months.
