Angela found yoga through meditation and completed her first teacher training in 2015 at Anuttara Yoga, followed by a Hatha training in 2017.

Her path has taken her around the world, teaching in Costa Rica, Ecuador, Alaska, and beyond. Yoga has been a tool for both discipline and surrender, shaping how she moves through life and how she teaches.

Now a mother based in Jupiter, Angela brings a deeper level of understanding to her prenatal teaching. Her approach is steady, informed, and rooted in supporting others through transformation.
