Chelsea first started practicing yoga consistently in 2020, however it is something that has intrigued her her entire life. She quickly realized that yoga was something she needed to learn more about, and it was more than just a physical practice. She started her teacher training at Breathe Salt Yoga in October 2020 and graduated with her 200 hour in May 2021.

Since then, she has been teaching with Jupiter Yoga. Aside from yoga, Chelsea owns her own marketing business, Influence Florida. She works with many local clients on their marketing efforts, content creation, and social strategies. Chelsea enjoys spending time at the beach, playing with her cats, reading, working out at MADabolic, and sharing her love of yoga with others! She is excited to open up Village Yoga with her partner, and can't wait to bring this sacred space to the Village of Tequesta. She thanks you for being a part of this new and exciting community!

Shelby first came to yoga in 2006. From the very first class she took, she knew there was something special about the practice of yoga and the linking of breath and movement. Her yoga journey began with Vinyasa yoga, and completed her first teacher training in Vinyasa yoga in 2015.

From there, she found yin and Ashtanga Yoga. Ashtanga has a very special place in her heart because it empowers students to practice on their own. Shelby traveled to Mysore, India in the summer of 2018 and completed one month of study at K.P.J.A.Y.I. (the K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute) under Sharath Jois. Shelby loves working alongside practitioners and seeing them progress, or surprise themselves with their ability. Another love of Shelby’s is working with students who want to become teachers. She has conducted many teacher trainings and workshops in the area, and it truly fulfills her to work with students more closely to develop their practice, their voice as and expand their knowledge as teachers. Come take a group class with her, catch a workshop or book a private session with her!

Jen loves to teach classes that immerse a practice in the beauty of nature and classes that nurture strength, flexibility, balance and the mind. She often includes breath-work before her yoga flow as she finds it clarifying and grounding, setting the path for breath to be connected to the postures. From the book, ‘One Simple Thing – A New Look at the Science of Yoga and How it Can Transform Your Life,’ she connects with the quote attributed to Pattabhi Jois, “When the mind is quiet, the asana is correct.” (pg. 62). Jen likes to bring positive energy and warmth to her classes.

She loves to teach early morning classes as yoga is an incredible way to set the tone and perspective for the day ahead. It also brings in her love of nature as the experience of the changing sky from when one enters class to when one leaves class is often quite breathtaking in the beautiful Florida landscape.

Jen earned her RYT 200-hour certification from Breathe Salt & Yoga in Jupiter, Fla.

Maggie is a certified instructor and a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance and has been teaching yoga for over 14 years. When she began practicing yoga in 2008, it transformed her life. "Yoga is a passion for me. Whether I am taking class to strengthen my practice or teaching class where I can help others see the countless benefits it has to offer, I am rewarded on so many levels."

Her unique form of Power Yoga has amassed a following since moving to South Florida in 2016. Maggie's classes appeal to all skill levels and she aims to help her yogis get the most out of their time together, physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Outside of the yoga studio, Maggie is the owner of Werk Dancewear, a rapidly-growing dance and athleisure wear company based here in Florida. You will often see Maggie wearing clothes from her own line in the studio! My yoga journey began 8 years; my first class ever being with Andrea! Having struggled with anxiety for 10+ years, yoga was the only tool I had in my bag to relieve me of any stress. Not only that, yoga has helped to ease my mind. It has enabled me to dig deeper and find my truest self.

Furthermore, I received my 200 RYT in July 2020 at Breath Salt Yoga in Jupiter (specializing in Hot/Warm Vinyasa). However, I will ALWAYS be a student and a teacher. One of my favorite parts of being an instructor is the possibilities are endless! There is so much to learn and I have only brushed the surface.

My passion is building strong minds and bodies. I encourage all my students to use their your breath as a guide for their yoga flow. I can’t wait to flow with you, Yogi’s!

Originally from Greece, Sofia Drekou is a mom of two preteen girls and a puppy. During Covid she decided to leave her Real Estate carrier and focus on her love for Yoga. She has been practicing for as long as she can remember but finally got Certified in 2021 though the Breath Salt Yoga studio.

Yoga is so much more than physical and she truly weaves that in to her classes that are a happy mix of pranayamas, asanas and meditations. Her flows are fun, mindful, and gentle.
She wants her students to feel strong and confident but also challenged in her classes. Yoga has always been a positive influence on her physical and mental state and she loves to share that with her students.

Beyond yoga she is always looking for a fun activity and she spends most of her time outdoors and at the beach and loves to travel with her friends and family.

Ang found yoga through her meditation practice and decided to do a teacher training in 2015 at Anuttara Yoga to learn more about it. She loved it so much she dove into another YTT for Hatha in 2017. Since then, her love for travel
and adventure have led her to teach yoga from the jungles of Costa Rica and Ecuador to Alaska, and a little bit of everything in between. Yoga has personally helped her surrender to the unknown and to have more discipline.

She believes that in serving others, you find yourself. She has recently become a mom and has settled in Jupiter, Florida where she is excited to share her love for the practice with you!

I began my asana practice in 2012, it was my space of peace growing up and through college. In 2020 I began studying the 8 Limbs of Yoga, and seeing the practice as way of life rather than just time on the mat. I completed my first 200hr vinyasa training in Jupiter Florida, then in 2022 I headed out to Utah with no plan. Stars aligned and I landed among two world class teachers that have helped guide my path in the mountains. World Champion Brandy Lyn and Charese Peterson are my teachers within the Ghosh Yoga lineage and led me to Ashtanga. I completed a 350hour 26&2 training, the Original Hot Yoga. Currently I practice both lineages daily and am studying the history of all movement, and Sanskrit. I aim to hold space for true traditional practices as well combining the magic of lineages within my vinyasa teaching.

As a yoga student for over 10 years, Jordyn has always been drawn to the profound healing effects of yoga. She decided to take a deeper dive into her practice within the past 3 years, which led her to become a 200 hour RYT specializing in Hatha vinyasa in June 2022.

She is grateful to share this sacred practice with her students as she leads them through a unique journey within. Her style of teaching is slow and intentional - aiming to create balance in the body and mind. This is achieved through physical postures and breathwork.

Jordyn is Trauma Informed, certified by Connection Coalition, an organization that’s purpose is to create self-regulation through mind and body practices.

She is proud to be a Jupiter local. When she’s not teaching or practicing, you can find her playing in nature, especially at the beach, or working out. Jordyn believes being in community is the key to living a happy supported life and strives to cultivate it whenever she can.

My name is Zoe and I and humbly greatful to have the opportunity to create space and spread love & awareness on your healing journey.

4 years ago walking into my first yoga teacher training I had no background knowledge of the practice or where it would lead me. Little did I know that my view of universe, the world, myself, my body and healing would completely transform.
I became fascinated with energy, the human body and the abundance of healing that can be done with movement, frequency and intention.

My passion for health and wellness roots in observing the dis-ease and chaos that reaps havoc within our bodies and through our external world. I hope to create a safe space to reconnect to ourselves, rediscover our power and spread conscious awareness to intentional practices that promote true healing and balance of the Mind, Body and Spirit. Everyday I’m blessed to be doing what I love and share My passions with so many like minded souls!

After 14 years as a competitive gymnast (and several years coaching), Hope found herself chasing career dreams in Washington, DC. Fast forward to 2021 -just days after moving to FL- she found yoga on a beach and never looked back. She loves how the practice builds physical strength and the mind-body connection, while also relieving pain from chronic migraines and injuries. Hope is Yoga Alliance certified and completed her 200 hour training with Jupiter Yoga.

Hope’s classes are a fun mix of power and vinyasa, with a unique focus on arm balances and inversions. She is a live music junkie and curates each practice’s playlists with intention. Hope’s favorite part of teaching is watching her students beam with pride after they crush a new challenge (or at least try!).

Out of the studio, Hope is probably on the beach, doing a DIY project, or vegging out on YouTube. You can also catch her traveling the world with her fiancé or hanging with their 3 teens!
