Chelsea Paine is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with over 500 teaching hours and a deep passion for movement, mindfulness, and community. Her teaching blends intelligent sequencing, functional anatomy, and breath-led flow rooted in both tradition and modern movement science.
Chelsea completed her 200HR Vinyasa-based teacher training at Breathe Salt Yoga in 2021, followed by a 20HR Yin Yoga training in 2023 at Village Yoga with Posey Daves. Most recently, she graduated from her 300HR advanced training with Lakshmi Rising and Dr. Liz Lindh in 2025.
She has experience teaching a range of styles including vinyasa, power yoga, yin, and Ashtanga-inspired practices. Her classes often weave in breathwork, meditation, and mobility work to support students on and off the mat.
Chelsea is also NASM certified (2025) and completed a StrongFirst Kettlebell workshop, bringing a well-rounded approach to strength and functional movement. She integrates principles from other fitness modalities including Pilates and mobility training into her yoga classes for a truly holistic experience.
When she's not in the studio, you'll find her paddleboarding, strength training, reading, or supporting local businesses through her marketing company, Influence Florida. Chelsea is the co-founder of Village Yoga in Tequesta, where she is proud to share this ever-growing community with her students and fellow teachers.
